Daily Routine

Be disciplined. Cultivating strict schedules or working hours is critical but being good to you as well. Get up at your normal time and follow your usual routine home. I use the time expended on traveling to read or stretch my legs for myself.

Dress properly. Do not put on pajamas. The way you look will influence your mood and attitude, so dress up in the correct professional attire.

Set work hours. WFH calls for versatility but it should remain as normal as possible to start and finish the working day. Enforce a quick rest at the end of the day, and prepare afterward for specific errands. Fixing an end time goal will control expectations and increase productivity.

Create a good routine with short exercise breaks. Personally I sense my brain becomes energized by rotating and relaxing my body. The fact is, endorphins are released during exercise, which enhances levels of satisfaction and interest.

WFH's perfect for balancing work and life. It improves control and execution. It teaches people to concentrate and to control themselves. I look forward to seeing the valuable effects of trust and empowerment.

In terms of a home setting, temperament, and behaviour, the condition of each is special. My suggestion is to disregard any ideas that come into conflict with your personal values. Tailor the most successful approach to work with you and continue to learn until its part of a lifestyle or culture.
